FAQs
Ordering from outside the USA?
To view your relevant shipping options, make sure to select your country in the dropdown menu at the checkout. This shop platform unfortunately defaults to USA shipping, which is frustrating for a UK based business! I’m aware of the issue and working on a fix.
Placing an order for multiple boxes?
Please note that unfortunately only one discount code can be used per order. If you would like to purchase multiple boxes, please place these as separate orders, applying the discount code each time. Choose your shipping option as normal for the first order, then select Store Pickup as your shipping option for subsequent orders. I will reach out to confirm that I will be combining your orders as one shipment. Apologies for the inconvenience!
